Once my face is completely dry, I will use three different oils. First, I use Bio-Oil to get rid of any acne scarring on my face. Then, I will apply vitamin E oil because it is a great moisturizer with antioxidants. To finish off these mixture of oils, I will use a few drops of tea tree oil serum as a spot treatment because it removes bacteria.
Lastly, before heading to bed I use a lavender shea body butter and rub it on my feet and wrists. I also use lavender oil that I apply on my wrists as well as my temples. I find the smell of lavender very calming which helps me sleep.
