One easy way to stay active is to go for a walk. You can start by doing 10 minutes one day, 15 minutes the next day and continue to increase how long you walk for. If you want to make walking more enjoyable, you can listen to music, go with a friend/family member/pet, or listen to an audiobook. You can even find a nice park nearby and go hiking which will definitely get your heart rate up!
If walking does not appeal to you, try running. I personally love running! It makes me feel happy and stress free. You don't even need to run long distance, you alternate between sprinting and walking or you can run up and down hills. I know this is a super effective workout because I get so sore afterwards.
Lastly, riding your bike is a great way to stay active. One thing about bike riding is that you can buy a bike where you can switch the gears to make it easier or harder. I love bike riding, especially when I go with my siblings because I don't even realize I'm exercising.
