For those of you who follow my Instagram account, you know that I live a very healthy and active lifestyle. Everyday I look forward to doing something active. Whether that is running, walking or doing fitness videos. I love the feeling of pushing myself to do my best and working towards a goal. One of my favourite things about doing a workout is being able to free my mind of anything I am stressed or worried about. Doing workouts everyday has definitely boosted my self-confidence and motivated me to attack any challenge that comes my way.
There are so many benefits to eating the right foods and giving your body the nutrients it needs. Not only does eating healthy allow you to live a healthier life but it gives you so much more energy.
